The goal of this travel blog is to explore, to slow down a bit, relax, and travel with the planet and pennies in mind.
Our first trip is to Belize beginning 2/4/10. Hopefully we will find friends and a protected harbor. But for now we will be exploring with a commitment to minimizing costs — with every meaning of the word — and maximizing enjoyment.
Our focus will be on travel by sea in our 1968 (Charley) Morgan sailboat, Shadowfax, but we hope our experiences and suggestions will help you explore, too, whatever your means of travel.
